eld.gg Path of Exile 2 Currency: High-tier loot

What Is Sacred Water?
Sacred Water is a temporary currency used only within Path of Exile 2 Currency the Trial of the Sekhemas, which appears during Act 2.
This trial is mandatory for character Ascendancy, where you select your subclass.
All Sacred Water collected does not persist outside the trial—any leftover may be lost after exiting or dying.
How to Obtain Sacred Water
You can collect Sacred Water through two main methods during the trial:
Enemy Drops
Rare and elite enemies sometimes drop small amounts of Sacred Water.
This method is helpful but inconsistent for gathering large quantities.
Sacred Water Fountains
Specific rooms contain Sacred Water Fountains, which grant significantly more water.
Rooms must be cleared of enemies before you can interact with the fountain.
Prioritize paths with fountains to maximize your haul.
Ways to Spend Sacred Water
Spending Sacred Water wisely is essential, as you're limited to one trial run unless you restart.
1. Honor Shrines
Some rooms feature shrines that restore Honor in exchange for Sacred Water.
Honor functions as a progression score—losing too much may fail the trial or reduce rewards.
Use shrines strategically when Honor is dangerously low.
2. Merchants (Boons & Relics)
You may encounter a Merchant room during the trial.
Merchants offer:
Boons: Temporary buffs to your build and effectiveness.
Relics: Upgrades or shortcuts that may carry over to future trials or runs.
These purchases can significantly boost your survivability or ability to progress further.
3. Crafting Keys at the End
Any remaining Sacred Water can be converted into Keys to open Reward Chests.
Key quality depends on how much water you spend:
Bronze Key – Basic loot
Silver Key – Mid-tier gear or crafting materials
Gold Key – High-tier loot and valuable rewards
It is recommended to spend leftover water at this stage for buy POE 2 Chaos Orbs best payoff.
