Thoughts on using custom mailer boxes?

I recently started shipping some handmade stuff, and I decided to switch from plain envelopes to custom mailer box. I got mine from Lsx Packaging just to see how it would go, and I have to say, it actually makes a difference. The boxes are sturdy and feel like they protect the items way better than regular envelopes. Plus, they look a bit nicer when people open them my friends even commented on how “official” the packaging felt.

One thing I learned is that sizing matters a lot. I had a couple of items bounce around too much at first, so I had to tweak the dimensions a bit. Also, I didn’t expect that even simple printing or a small logo can really change how the package comes across.

I’m curious if anyone else has tried using custom mailer boxes for shipping small products. Did you notice people reacted differently to your packages? Or any tips for making sure things fit snugly without wasting space?
