Values for audio settings in CS 2

To be honest, I find it very tiring to make precise adjustments when I need to spend about 10 minutes adjusting each slider to make everything sound the same. I would much prefer to just use a console command to set it automatically. By the way, can I do that, or is it just a figment of my imagination?

For example, 60% of the general sound is enough for me, as my headphones initially produce a powerful sound, while my friend sometimes needs even 100%.
