Welcome to MyLiveRoom! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the MyLiveRoom social media platform and any related services. By accessing or using MyLiveRoom, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use MyLiveRoom.

1. Use of MyLiveRoom

2. User-Generated Content

2.1 Responsibility for Content: You are solely responsible for any content you post, share, or upload on MyLiveRoom ("User-Generated Content"). You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use and authorize MyLiveRoom to use your User-Generated Content as described in these Terms.

2.2 License to MyLiveRoom: By posting, sharing, or uploading User-Generated Content on MyLiveRoom, you grant MyLiveRoom a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and perform your User-Generated Content in connection with the operation and promotion of MyLiveRoom.

2.3 Content Guidelines: You agree not to post or share any User-Generated Content that is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, offensive, or otherwise objectionable. MyLiveRoom reserves the right to remove any User-Generated Content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate by MyLiveRoom in its sole discretion.

3. Intellectual Property

3.1 MyLiveRoom Content: MyLiveRoom and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You agree not to reproduce, modify, distribute, display, or otherwise use any MyLiveRoom content without MyLiveRoom's prior written consent.

3.2 Trademarks: The "MyLiveRoom" name, logo, and other trademarks associated with MyLiveRoom are owned by MyLiveRoom. You agree not to use any MyLiveRoom trademarks without MyLiveRoom's prior written consent.

4. Third-Party Content and Links

MyLiveRoom may contain links to third-party websites or resources. You acknowledge and agree that MyLiveRoom is not responsible or liable for the availability, accuracy, or content of such third-party websites or resources. You further acknowledge and agree that MyLiveRoom does not endorse or warrant any products or services offered by third parties.

5.1 AdSense on MyLiveRoom: MyLiveRoom uses Google AdSense to serve ads to our users. By using MyLiveRoom, you consent to the display of advertisements by Google AdSense and the data processing practices involved in providing these ads.

5.2 Ad Interaction: Users are prohibited from manipulating or interfering with the display of AdSense ads, including but not limited to clicking on their own ads or using methods to inflate impressions and/or clicks artificially.

5.3 Data Collection and Use: Google AdSense uses data about users, including user interests and behavior, to provide relevant advertising. By using MyLiveRoom, you agree to the collection and use of this data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Google’s advertising policies.

MyLiveRoom reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to MyLiveRoom at any time, without notice and for any reason. Upon termination or suspension, you must immediately cease all use of MyLiveRoom and destroy any copies of MyLiveRoom content in your possession.
