In prospect, bonding wire and sophisticated formats, such as fan-out and 3D wafer-level packaging segments, are the fastest-growing segments due to the trend of miniaturization and performance requirements. In terms of a regional hub of semiconductors in Mexico, the state of Jalisco accounts for 70 percent of the Mexican semiconductor industry.
