High-quality bearings and proper spindle balancing reduce runout and vibration, ensuring stable operation at various speeds.

Another key factor is cutting parameters, including feed rate, cutting speed, and depth of cut. Tooling quality and setup further influence performance. Sharp, properly mounted cutting tools reduce cutting forces and improve precision. Inaccurate tool alignment or worn tools can negatively affect machining results and increase production costs.

Finally, lubrication, cooling, and maintenance are essential. Adequate lubrication of guideways and ball screws minimizes friction and wear, while effective coolant systems control heat and remove chips. Regular inspection and maintenance prevent mechanical degradation and ensure long-term reliability.
