Superstar of Atletico Madrid and Colombia Radamel Falcao has been linked with the Champions of Europe, Chelsea during the winter transfer window in January. In recent seasons Falcao has become one of the most prolific strikers in world football. Falcao has already netted 10 La Liga goals in only 8 league matches this season. Falcao broke Jurgen Klinsmanns record of 15 European goals as he netted a remarkable 17 goals in 14 matches in the 2010-11 season. Then at Atletico Madrid Falcao has scored 34 goals in 42 league matches for the club.Falcaos growing CV includes two UEFA Europa League titles one with Porto and one with Atletico, one UEFA Super Cup title, one Primeira Liga title, two UEFA Europa League Top Goal Scorer awards, two UEFA Europa League Final Man of the Match awards and the list goes on. A player who has been prolific in Portugal and Spain and a move to England would question if he could continue that form. If so Chelsea would be the favourites for the 2012-13 Premier League title in the new year.Falcao at Chelsea could see Torres move to the bench a familiar role he had last season. For Colombia he has netted 15 goals in 40 appearances. Falcao is one of those players who are great when he has good service from the midfield which may be the reason for his slightly worse form on the international stage.
