Each week, Cooking with Claudine will be your source of inspiration to regularly keep your fridge stocked with gorgeous, healthy, and tasty dishes made from fresh, organic, and seasonal ingredients. A menu consists of three full, plant-based meals that primarily use vegetables, beans, grains, nuts, and seeds. You can make the choice to add beef, chicken, or fish, or just keep it plant-based with proteins as an alternative serving for a slow transition. All the animal products are very intentional and only come from the Silver Sky Ranch, where the chickens and cows live a humane life in the pasture.
